(1) According to section 8, animals deemed suitable for slaughter should be slaughtered in animal slaughterhouses. But according to the prevailing law, animals cannot be slaughtered on prohibited days.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), such animal shall be slaughtered at the time and place specified by the meat supervisor in the area where animal slaughterhouse is not established.
